Gutters & Downpipes

The gutter is a narrow trough that collects rainwater from a roof or building, directing it away from the structure using a downpipes. A well installed gutter system will prevent damage to the exterior of your property.
Gutters and downpipes can be supplied in the following material.
PVC: Available in a wide range of colours and shapes.
Aluminum (Gutters only): Aluminum gutters are fitted in seamless lengths and available in any colour from a RAL chart. The only shape available in this OGEE
Cast Aluminum: This material can be used for both gutters and downpipes. it can also be powder coasted to and RAL colour and is available on a variety of shapes and sizes.
PLX: This soft metal zinc coated material comes in various designs & Colours and is also suitable for use with the Standing Seam PLX and Zinc roofing systems. (add Pics)
Snowgrips
Snowgrips are a simple yet innovative aluminum device which are fitted to the roof of a building. They prevent large quantities of snow sliding from your roof and taking your gutters with it which in turn could cause damage to cars and passers by.
Snowgrips are fitted to the roof using a water tight rubber sealed tech-screw.
When the snow becomes compacted on a roof and then begins to thaw, the bulk of the snow will be held on the rood and allowed to drain away naturally into the gutter like normal rainwater.
In recent years Ireland was hit by numerous heavy snowfalls that we were not prepared for. As a result avalanches of snow sliding from the roofs of houses caused damage to properties which in turn created a surge in claims on household insurance policies and premium increases. In many cases show damage has now been excluded from policies or an increased excess has been introduced to discourage claims. The installation of snowgrips to your home is the most cost effective, preventative course of action you can take to avoid this issue in the future.
